Teach group diabetes management classes (healthy eating, meal planning, portion control, meal timing and carbohydrate counting) for adult diabetes, as well as pregnant women with type 1 and type 2 GDM. Individualize meal plans, monitor food intake, exercise and blood glucose levels to meet glycemic goals.
