Rotations  |

|
Clinical:
- 8 weeks in
basic clinical rotation;
- 2 weeks in second hospital;
- 1 week in renal;
- 2 weeks in
pediatrics;
- 2 weeks in
clinical staff relief.
** Clinical rotations are in Baltimore, Annapolis, or Westminster, Maryland. The program does not have placement sites in DC, Montgomery County or Virginia. |

- 2 weeks
in HIV/AIDS community center;
- 1 week in
Area Office on Aging;
- 1 week in
School Lunch;
- 1 week in
clinical long term care setting;
- 1 week in Maryland SNAP-ED Food Supplement Nutrition Education (FSNE).

Food Service Management:
- 6 weeks in
a continuing care (retirement) community setting;
- 3 weeks in
University Dining Service
|
|
|
Information Management and Communication:
- 5 weeks at
the National Agricultural Library's Food and Nutrition Information
Center (FNIC) and Food Safety Information Center (FSIC);
- 3 weeks at the
International Food Information Council (IFIC);
- 1 week in Maryland SNAP-ED Food Supplement Nutrition Education (FSNE);
- Technology classes

Others:
- 1.5 weeks of
orientation
- 2 weeks of vacation
(0.5 week for Thanksgiving, 1.5 weeks in December);
- 1 week of elective
rotation
